Indication/Usage
The improvement of walking in adult patients with multiple sclerosis with walking disability (Expanded Disability Status Scale, EDSS 4-7)
Dosage/Administration
Adults:
Twice daily, taken 12 hours apart (one tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening). Fampyra should not be administered more frequently or at higher doses than recommended. The tablets should be taken without food.
The medicine is administrated orally by swallowing, not splitting, breaking, dissolving, licking or chewing
The medicine can only be obtained with a prescription, and should be prescribed by a doctor experienced in treating MS.
